The other day I decided that I really needed to ask someone to come out to my house for advice on some suspected mold in my garage.
I called James Mallory of Environix to set up an appointment. But he asked me numerous questions over the phone, listened long and patiently, and then explained that I didn’t have mold, but another very minor and common problem, which he then gave suggestions on how to treat. I was so impressed with the time he gave me over the phone, how detailed his questions were, how well he listened, and his refusal to accept any payment for his advice. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who has concern over a mold related problem, and wants to deal with an honest and trustworthy company. He knows his business. He is very knowledgeable, and obviously serious about giving quality service without taking financial advantage of his customers.

It is so refreshing to get excellent customer service! And Dan Ventura provided us with just that!
He recently did a mold inspection for one of our properties. It was more than obvious that he is an expert at what he does! We are so incredibly pleased with the work you’ve done and the people you’ve sent to our home. I’m sure you understand how upsetting this has been for my mom – she’s still walking around in a daze. Please remember to tell anyone talking to her to speak very slowly and loud. Watch for signs of comprehension between sentences or phrases. It just takes her a minute to process the words, her mind is still incredibly sharp.

Environix was just what I was hoping it would be….and more. I called to just ask some questions right before closing time on a Friday night. Dan patiently answered my questions and more, taking the time to be helpful even though I had not booked an appointment. He didn’t act like “hey lady, it’s closing on Friday night and your list of questions is way too long!” The next week I booked an appointment and luck had it Dan was the inspector assigned for our home. He was professional, timely, friendly, helpful, and thorough. He did not mind that I followed him around like a puppy dog asking him every question in the book. I appreciated the comprehensive follow up and suggestions to improve the air quality in our home. I would use them again and recommend them most highly.
